At age 10 she began attending the Actor Prepares School for Cinema and Theatre in Mumbai where she studied acting and filmmaking before moving back to Delhi at age 16 to join the National School of Drama.
After graduating from the school, fatehi acted in several films including Ek Villain (2014) and Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz (2016). In 2017, she participated in Colors TV’s reality show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge followed by Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza In 2018, she won the 9th season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Fatehi is married to Vikas Sachdev who is an orthopedic surgeon and founder of HealOrthaAsia hospital. The couple met while filming MTV Splitsvilla Season 8 (2012) which they finished as runner-up contestants.
